The reinforcement of the bucket should pay attention to two aspects: first, it is useful, and second, it is sturdy. If the bucket is maintained comprehensively, it will inevitably increase the weight of each bucket you dig. The heavier the bucket, not only will it increase the machine's fuel consumption, but it also has a significant impact on the machine's lifespan. This little loss cannot be ignored.

I once conducted a study: for every 0.5 ton increase in bucket weight, the cycle time increased by 10%, and the annual gross profit decreased by 15%. So as long as welding is carried out on the parts that require reinforcement. And not all welding. Secondly, it is necessary for welding to be sturdy. If there are reinforcement ribs everywhere on your bucket, suddenly the welding seam cracks and small iron blocks fall into your crusher. So the loss may be too great.

The original factory's bucket has added maintenance reinforcement ribs on the edge blades, bottom plates, and side plates. Wear resistant materials are used on the tooth root, tooth root device plate, and other materials. Obviously, these are definitely areas with significant wear and tear, and strengthening them is particularly important.
